1. Agreement to Terms & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and ProjectionPlan (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Sawan Bhardwaj with headquarters in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

By accessing or using our website (https://projectionplan.in), joining our early-access waitlist, downloading our software, or utilizing our simulation engines, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are between 13 and 18, you may only access the service with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You possess the full legal capacity to enter into these binding Terms.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the service.

2. Nature of Service & Pre-Launch Waitlist

ProjectionPlan is an offline-first personal finance simulation software application designed for Android and PC. At present, the service is in a pre-launch phase.

Waitlist Submission: Submitting your email address to the waitlist reserves priority notification for product launch and early-bird pricing. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a financial contract to purchase, nor does it guarantee immediate software access. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time via the one-click unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing support@projectionplan.in.

3. License Grant & Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ProjectionPlan grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access our website and, upon commercial release, use the ProjectionPlan software application on compatible personal devices solely for your non-commercial, personal financial simulation purposes.

License Restrictions: You shall not:

• •Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any non-open-source component of the software.
• •Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the software or its mathematical engines.
• •Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security or license verification mechanisms.
• •Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers to harvest website content outside authorized robots.txt permissions.

4. User Data Ownership & Local Storage Covenant

You retain 100% ownership of all financial data, CSV transactions, account balances, and scenario plans that you input into ProjectionPlan.

Our application is engineered with an air-gapped architecture. Your financial information is stored solely inside your personal device's isolated operating system sandbox using an encrypted local SQLite database. We do not transmit, back up, inspect, or store your financial records on remote cloud servers. You are solely responsible for maintaining local backups of your device data.

5. Pricing, Purchases & Refund Policy

Pre-Launch & Trial: Downloads of ProjectionPlan will include an unrestricted 7-day Pro trial and a Free Forever baseline. Paid licenses (including one-time Lifetime and subscription options) will be made available upon launch via authorized app distribution platforms (such as the Google Play Store) and direct official channels.

Purchasing Power Parity (PPP): We offer localized regional pricing to ensure fair access globally. Attempting to spoof device geolocation or payment details to fraudulently acquire regional discounts violates these Terms.

Refunds: All purchases are subject to our dedicated Refund and Returns Policy, which complies with applicable consumer protection laws including Google Play Store policies, EU statutory withdrawal rights, and our 14-day direct satisfaction guarantee.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, software code, user interface designs, mathematical algorithms, graphics, and documentation associated with ProjectionPlan are the proprietary intellectual property of ProjectionPlan and Sawan Bhardwaj, protected by Indian, United States, and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Names of third-party products (such as Monarch Money, YNAB, Copilot, Money Manager, or Excel) referenced on this website are trademarks of their respective owners and are used strictly for nominative fair use comparison and identification purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mandatory Legal Disclosure

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PROJECTIONPLAN WEBSITE, WAITLIST, AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. PROJECTIONPLAN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF BUGS, NOR DO WE WARRANT THAT COMPUTATIONS WILL GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC FINANCIAL GOAL OR OUTCOME.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROJECTIONPLAN, ITS FOUNDER, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF INVESTMENT PRINCIPAL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO CASE SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO PROJECTIONPLAN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR TWENTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($20.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions (including the European Union and certain US states) do not allow the limitation of certain statutory consumer rights or exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of ProjectionPlan shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction: Any dispute, controversy, or claim shall first be submitted to informal good-faith negotiation by emailing legal@projectionplan.in. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at our discretion. If we make material modifications, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or software after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms.
