## 1. Critical Financial Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice
**ProjectionPlan is strictly an educational simulation and mathematical calculation tool.** ProjectionPlan, its founder, and its contributors are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, certified financial planners, tax advisors, or legal counsel under the U.S. SEC/FINRA, India's SEBI, or any other financial regulatory body.

None of the software outputs, deterministic models, website content, or email updates constitute personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All calculations are hypothetical and based solely on variables entered by you. Users are solely responsible for their financial decisions. Always consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

## 2. Agreement to Terms & Eligibility
By accessing the website at https://projectionplan.in, joining the pre-launch waitlist, downloading the software, or running simulations, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if 13-17) and have legal capacity to enter this agreement.

## 3. License Grant & Restrictions
ProjectionPlan grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the site and use the software for personal, non-commercial financial planning. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or white-label the software.

## 4. Local Data Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of all financial transactions, balances, and budgets entered into the software. ProjectionPlan utilizes an air-gapped local SQLite database with hardware encryption on-device and transmits zero financial telemetry to remote servers.

## 5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The software and website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is capped at the greater of the amount paid in the prior 12 months or $20 USD.

## 6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any unresolved disputes after informal negotiation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protections in your country of residence.
