# Cookie Policy & Cookieless Architecture - ProjectionPlan

## 1. Cookieless Architecture Guarantee
ProjectionPlan operates with a strict, cookieless, zero-tracker architecture. The website at https://projectionplan.in does NOT use:
- Advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, remarketing scripts)
- Cross-site profiling cookies or tracking beacons
- Persistent third-party authentication or tracking tokens
- Browser LocalStorage, SessionStorage, or IndexedDB for visitor tracking

## 2. Privacy-Friendly Cookieless Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate website performance and Core Web Vitals. Vercel Web Analytics is 100% cookieless. It does not write to terminal equipment or read persistent device identifiers. Aggregate visitor counts are calculated using an ephemeral, salted hash of the incoming IP address and User-Agent string, which is immediately discarded.

## 3. Legal Determination Under EU ePrivacy Directive & GDPR
Under Article 5(3) of the EU ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC) and GDPR, consent is required only when storing or retrieving information from a user's terminal equipment. Because ProjectionPlan does not set, access, or store any cookies or terminal identifiers, **no cookie consent banner is legally required**. We deliberately refrain from showing intrusive, misleading consent banners.

Although we set no cookies, visitors can manage or block cookies in their browser settings:
